磁極構成：陽極氧化鋁為外殼，內含稀土磁元素。

磁極用于使用EasySep試劑的細胞分離。磁極在內洞中生成強磁場，無柱就能分離EasySep磁性顆粒標記細胞。

磁極適合放置標準5mL（12 x 75 mm）聚苯乙烯管。

注意強磁場：遠離起搏器、磁鐵、光盤、手表和其他會被磁力影響物品。

儲存：15 - 25°C.

使用說明

EasySep Magnet只和EasySep試劑盒搭配使用。試管要求：標準5mL（12 x 75 mm）聚苯乙烯試管。

磁極的O型環是為聚苯乙烯管設計的。如果您因為單核細胞會粘在聚苯乙烯管上而選用聚丙烯，建議在O型環和腔體之間插小片橡膠帶縮小直徑。

清洗養護

細胞分選完成后，用蒸餾水擦拭磁極，再用酒精擦拭蒸干水分。

EasySep Magnet磁極消毒：先用10%稀釋家用漂白劑擦，再用濕布擦掉漂白劑，以免腐蝕磁極金屬部分。不能把磁極浸沒在液體中。

Product Description

The EasySep™ Magnet is an anodized aluminum body housing rare earth magnetic elements.

The EasySep™ Magnet is designed for cell separation procedures using EasySep™ reagents. The EasySep™ Magnet generates a highgradient magnetic field in the interior cavity that is strong enough to separate cells labeled with magnetic EasySep™ particles without the use of columns. This magnet is designed to hold a standard 5 mL (12 x 75 mm) polystyrene round-bottom tube (e.g. Catalog #38007).

STRONG MAGNETIC FIELD: Keep away from pacemakers, magnets, computer disks, watches, and other objects that respond to magnetic fields.

Handling / Directions For Use

The EasySep™ Magnet is only for use with certain EasySep™ kits. For more information, refer to the appropriate EasySep™Product Information Sheet or contact us at techsupport@stemcell.com.

The EasySep™ Magnet is designed to hold a 5 mL (12 x 75 mm) polystyrene round-bottom tube (e.g. Catalog #38007).

The size of the O-ring was selected for polystyrene tubes. Polystyrene tubes were chosen because recovery is typically better than with polypropylene tubes. Some customers may prefer to use polypropylene tubes because monocytes may adhere to polystyrene. If polypropylene tubes are used, we advise that the diameter of the opening be reduced by inserting a small piece of rubber band between the O-ring and the housing.

CARE OF MAGNET: After completing a cell separation, wipe the magnet clean with distilled water and then with alcohol to dry the magnet. To disinfect the magnet, wipe with 10% diluted household bleach and then wipe off with a water-dampened cloth to avoid corrosion of metal parts. Do not submerge the magnet in liquid.
